Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Administrator to support our accounting functions and tasks. The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable/accounting, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process full cycle accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure vendors are paid in accordance with established terms.
  • Communicate with internal and external vendors and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Maintain accounts payable filing systems.
  • Reconcile and submit related month-end and year-end accounting reports.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental care, extended health care, on-site parking, paid time off, and RRSP match.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable/accounting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable.
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively autonomously with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and effective multi-tasking.
