As a Healthcare Support Specialist at ACES, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional patient care and ensures the highest standards of clinical eye care. Your role will involve pre-operative testing, consenting, and managing patient flow, as well as assisting surgeons during treatments.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of £24,000 per annum. No night shifts or on-call requirements are involved, and you will benefit from a state-of-the-art, modern working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-operative testing and consent appointment process management.
  • Patient discharging and follow-up appointments coordination.
  • Assisting surgeons during consent appointments and treatments.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within optical or healthcare environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to absorb and convey technical information.
  • Adaptable with a flexible approach to work.
