Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Neighbourhood Response Officer, you will be responsible for addressing a backlog of general enquiries and conducting settling-in calls for new tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Enquiries: Respond to a high volume of general enquiries from tenants, providing timely and effective support to resolve their issues.
- Settling-in Calls: Conduct regular settling-in calls with new tenants to ensure they are settling well and to address any concerns they may have.
- Neighbourhood Team Support: Collaborate with the Neighbourhood team to provide general support with estate issues.
- Administrative Tasks: Utilize Dynamics 365 to manage and track enquiries, calls, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Housing Experience: Previous experience in a housing-related role is highly desirable.
- Dynamics 365: Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is preferred, although training will be provided.
Working Arrangements:
This is a temporary full-time opportunity, with the role being primarily home-based. Occasional in-person appointments may be required in emergency situations.
