Job Title: Financial Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Financial Consultant to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. As a Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for providing financial advice and services to our established client base across London and the home counties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial training to finance staff on relevant software (PS Financials)
  • Offer absence cover for Senior Finance Officer/Manager staff when required
  • Prepare monthly management accounts
  • Assist with client budgets and forecasts
  • Support clients and auditors with financial statements and year-end audit
  • Advise clients on best practices based on the Academies Financial Handbook
Requirements:
  • Accountancy qualification (ACA or ACCA preferred)
  • Experience working in the education or charity sector
  • Knowledge of PS Financials/IRIS Financials software desirable
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional service to clients
  • Professional and presentable demeanor
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to pass a clean enhanced DBS check
What We Offer:

Competitive salary, holiday, pension, travel expenses, and study support. The office is based in Kent, with regular travel to clients' premises. Mileage will be reimbursed at the HMRC rate.
