At BlueGate Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing our quality standards, facilitating audits, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage company quality standards, including ISO 9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001.
- Facilitate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage Quality Assurance and Welding personnel, including policy and procedures.
- Oversee product quality and act as the product quality representative for the company.
- Mentor new and existing employees on our Quality Management System and processes.
- Manage quality systems and procedures, including QMS and BMS.
- Provide support to production for process/procedure training.
- Ensure changes in QA/QC specifications are reflected in accordance with relevant projects.
- Monitor and incorporate changes to QA/QC compliance, including relevant design codes (ASME, API, etc.).
- Control welding standards.
- Provide quality support to other functions as required (e.g., Sales, Operations, Engineering).
- Lead or participate in quality improvement projects.
- Lead or participate in internal supplier QA audit activity.
- Manage training and development process for the department.
