We are looking for skilled and dedicated Care Assistants to provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes. As a Care Specialist with Alcedo Care, you will be responsible for providing personal care, supporting clients with mobility and transfers, administering and documenting medication, and documenting care activities. To be successful in this role, you must be flexible and able to work within the hours of 6:45am - 11pm, including some weekend work.

  • We offer excellent pay rates from £13.00 per hour, plus holiday pay and a pension scheme.
  • You will also receive an enhanced rate of pay for bank holidays, holiday pay and pension scheme paid separately to hourly rates, not hidden.
  • Our Work/Life Balance policy allows you to work with us to agree what work days suit you best.
  • Additionally, we offer a DBS payment scheme to help with added cost of a DBS and a £250 Bonus when you refer a friend to be an Alcedo Carer.
