Multi Trade Position

Fortus Recruitment is seeking a skilled Multi Trade professional to join our team. As a Multi Trade specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance tasks in residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and tiling tasks
  • Work on residential properties in the Epping area
  • Provide excellent customer service and social skills
  • Hold an asbestos awareness certificate and DBS check
  • Have a valid driver's license

Benefits:

  • Small area of operation with a maximum travel time of 20 minutes
  • 1 in 4 on-call shifts with a £50 per call bonus
  • Average 15-20 calls per week during on-call shifts
  • 34 days of holiday per year, including bank holidays
  • 15% bonus at the end of the year
