Multitrade Specialist

Fortus Recruitment is seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team, working with a contractor based in Epping. This role involves planned maintenance in residential properties, requiring a range of trade skills.

• Carry out maintenance tasks in residential properties, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and tiling.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Hold a valid DBS check and asbestos awareness certificate.
• Have a clean driving license and be willing to travel within a 20-minute radius.

• Competitive salary of up to £34,000 per annum.
• 1 in 4 on-call shifts, with a £50 call-out fee.
• Average 15-20 calls per week during on-call periods.
• 34 days' annual leave, including bank holidays.
