The Role

We're seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our team at The Green Residential Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents, supporting them with their daily needs and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times
  • Support residents with their daily needs, including personal care, medication, and meal times
  • Encourage residents to participate in leisure and social activities, promoting a sense of community and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient care service
