About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our team of technicians and support staff in delivering a full Aftersales service to our customers.

This is a full-time role, typically including weekends, which requires strong technical knowledge and previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the service department and ensure maximum profitability and sales of parts, labour hours, MOT, lubricants, tyres, and subcontracted sales.
  • To lead the team in delighting our customers and achieving high levels of service.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a Workshop Manager or equivalent role within the motor industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent leadership skills.
