Austin Fraser is seeking an exceptional Special Needs Education Professional to join our team at a leading special school in Huddersfield. As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Responsibilities:- Support teachers in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each pupil's needs.
- Deliver targeted interventions to help pupils overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Foster close relationships with parents, teachers, and external professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordinated efforts.
