We are seeking an Offender Support Specialist to join our team in Ingeus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to individuals in custody, focusing on improving their employability and job readiness upon release.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with prison OMU and other key stakeholders to enroll participants into our program.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to participants, enhancing their confidence and motivation.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants, facilitating their engagement in our program.
  • Identify and signpost participants to relevant activities, partner agencies, and Peer Mentors.
Essential Requirements:
  • Ability to design and deliver tailored interventions to overcome specific barriers.
  • Familiarity with the Justice System or Criminal Psychology would be advantageous.
