Support Service Worker

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a skilled Support Service Worker to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Support Service Worker, you will provide support and care to individuals in various settings, promoting independence and well-being.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and external partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and carers.
- Assist service users with daily tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and household chores.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that service users receive consistent, high-quality care.
