Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at a Nursing Home in the Coleraine area. This is a temporary position that will last a minimum of 3 months, with the opportunity to be made permanent. The successful candidate will work 5 days out of 7 on a rotational basis, with shifts from 8am to 5pm.

The hourly rate for this position is £14.00 per hour Monday to Friday, £16.00 per hour on a Saturday, and £18.00 per hour on a Sunday. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning menus, preparing and cooking meals, ordering stock, maintaining records, and following all food hygiene guidelines.

Essential Criteria:

* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
* Previous experience as a Cook
* Knowledge of different dietary requirements
