Adult Learning Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to lead independent lives.
About the Role:- Provide therapeutic care and support to adults with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
- Assist residents in their daily lives, promoting independence and autonomy.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting.
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
- The right to work in the UK.
- PBM/TMVA certificate (training can be provided at a discounted price).
