As a Senior Financial Analyst in our Real Estate team, you will play a key role in supporting all phases of the project cycle, including origination, structuring, execution, implementation, and monitoring.

You will assist with general and topical research, as well as administrative tasks, under the guidance of the operation leader or more senior members of the project team. Your responsibilities will include contributing to all aspects of project structuring and execution, analysing and evaluating potential risks, designing and processing technical co-operation assistance, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in financial analysis, credit risk management, and project implementation. You will also be able to contribute to business cases and executive reports, prepare presentations to communicate complex information, and support the team with administrative tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred. You should also have professional qualifications such as ACA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA, as well as quantitative/numerical skills and credit analysis skills. Strong computer literacy, good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as a team member are also essential.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
