Community Fundraiser and Events Coordinator
Nightingale House Hospice
30 - 37.5 Hours (Flexible)
Salary: £24,000-£25,500 (for 37.5 hours)
Contract: Maternity Cover (Fixed-Term)
Nightingale House Hospice is a leading hospice in Wrexham, dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients and their families. We are seeking a skilled Community Fundraiser and Events Coordinator to join our team, who will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet our annual targets
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, businesses, and stakeholders
- Organize and deliver successful events, including galas, auctions, and charity runs
- Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our events and fundraising campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate the success of our fundraising efforts, making adjustments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fundraising and event management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of fundraising software and tools
