We are seeking a talented individual with excellent written skills, proven customer service experience, strong communication skills and a passion to build upon the valued relationships we have with our individual supporters through on-off donations, regular giving, and direct mail.

We are looking for someone who can develop and implement effective strategies to engage with our supporters, build trust and loyalty, and ultimately increase our income.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of individual giving and be able to demonstrate a track record of success in this area.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities for individual giving, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with our existing supporters.

You will work closely with our fundraising team to ensure that our individual giving strategy is aligned with our overall fundraising goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective individual giving strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with individual supporters
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for individual giving
  • Work closely with the fundraising team to ensure alignment with overall fundraising goals
