About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Teacher Leader to join our team at Progress Schools Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences, promoting student progress and achievement.
  • To support the development of curriculum content, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • To contribute to the planning, delivery, and assessment of teaching strategies, aligning with school policies and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A valid QTS/QTLS qualification.
  • Experience working in a school environment, particularly in secondary schools.
  • Knowledge of alternative provision and supporting students with special needs.
  • Ability to promote equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values.
