About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at the Hastings Hotel. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will assist the Senior Sous Chef in leading the team and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Senior Sous Chef in planning and preparing menus
• Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve excellent results
