About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Swim Team Leader. As a key member of our swimming team, you will play a vital role in delivering a premium experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the safety of our swimming lesson provision and deliver lifesaving and first aid provision.
  • Ensure excellent standards of customer experience and premium facilities.
  • Support the teaching team and use technology to engage customers.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver a premium experience, including customer engagement and attending training and team meetings.
  • Provide lifeguard duties for learn to swim lessons for 0-11 year olds.
  • Plan, deliver, and review high-quality learn to swim lessons for 3-11 years, babies, and adults.
  • Deliver exceptional customer care to every swimmer and family member in and out of the water.
  • Ensure the safe provision of all equipment usage, storage, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Complete and record electronically all relevant health and safety checks as assigned.
  • Help maintain the facility to a high standard at all times.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal development through training, observation, and feedback on performance.
  • Be a positive role model for young people and encourage them to reach their full swimming potential.
  • Deliver the swim experience, including servicing customer inquiries and attending regular training with the swim team.
