This is a company that prides itself on delivering outstanding events globally, and they need someone with the drive and creativity to help them push boundaries and achieve even greater success.

You will play a pivotal role in the planning, management, and execution of high-impact events. You'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of events from the initial handover right through to on-the-ground delivery and post-event wrap-up.

  • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing every aspect to ensure smooth and successful delivery.
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure each event aligns with the company's objectives.
  • Handling events in different regions, ensuring all logistics and operations are managed efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all events run seamlessly, and everyone involved is aligned with the vision and goals.
  • Evaluate post-event success, using feedback to continuously improve processes and maintain the highest standards in event delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, giving you the chance to develop your skills and grow within the company.

Ideally, you'll have...

  • Previous experience in event management, project management, or event coordination.
  • The ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, handling everything from planning to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with both colleagues and clients.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach, with the ability to troubleshoot and manage challenges on the go.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality events and creating outstanding attendee experiences.

What's on offer...

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience.
  • A hybrid working structure, offering flexibility between office-based and remote work.
  • The opportunity to work in a fast-growing, thriving business with a reputation for excellence.
  • The chance to travel globally as part of the role, delivering world-class events.
