We are seeking an experienced Planner and Customer Service Provider to join our team, working on repairs and maintenance within social housing. This is a full-time, permanent position, based in Walton-on-Thames.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage calls on the system
  2. Manage operatives' diaries
  3. General administration
  4. Plan repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative
  5. Ensure trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively
  6. Liaise with operatives, tenants, and the Client
  7. Document Control - Ensure worksheets are received and checked
  8. Work towards individual and client KPIs
  9. Deal with council and private housing contracts, planning and scheduling routine, essential, and emergency property maintenance works
  10. Track and monitor to completion
  11. Liaise with in-house and 3rd party engineers, tradesmen, and council operatives to plan appointments, materials, and logistics and reorganising schedules
  12. Organise external supply companies
  13. Ensure all trades are readied and present on-site and works completed in-line with committed client completion dates
  14. Work in a fast-paced demanding role with constant collaboration with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades
