Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Microsoft packages to manage and coordinate the shipment of goods
  • Monitor stock levels and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to resolve any logistical issues
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices and delivery notes
  • Analyze shipping costs and optimize logistics processes to reduce expenses
  • Use logistics software to plan and execute shipments
Requirements
  • 12 months of demonstrable experience working in a Logistics setting
  • Attention to detail, diligence, and an investigatory approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and service level agreements
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload effectively
  • Analytical and dynamic approach to problem-solving
  • Computer literacy, specifically in Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Customer-focused and results-driven
  • General warehouse and distribution knowledge
