Fleet Systems Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Systems Engineer to join our team at easyJet Airline Company PLC. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our aircraft fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert troubleshooting assistance for Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) and Out-of-Service (OOS) events.
- Develop and implement procedures to support reliability and manage software configurations on our fleet.
- Assess and implement Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and other technical documentation.
- Coordinate FDR and CVR data analysis and produce Engineering Orders.
- Interface with various departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct defect analysis and address audit reports.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to enhance aircraft availability and reliability.
- Represent easyJet at industry meetings and support avionic projects.
- Manage IPRAM Card recordings for Cabin Ops.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a recognized degree in Aircraft Engineering or an EASA aircraft maintenance engineer's license. They will have knowledge and experience in EASA Part M/Part CAMO functions, demonstrating competence in reliability control and Maintenance Programme development. Experience with Avionic maintenance systems and Airbus 'Single Aisle' aircraft systems is highly desirable, along with familiarity with aircraft 'Maintenance Control Systems' (AMOS). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, and a passion for Continuous Improvement, flexibility, and adaptability to change will ensure success in this role.
