Key Responsibilities
  • Support the duty system, providing advice to children, carers, and professionals on referrals and safeguarding concerns.
  • Ensure seamless journeys through Lighthouse services, working closely with professional colleagues in the community.
  • Undertake assessments, care planning, and direct work interventions with children and families.
