SEN Teaching Assistant Position

GSL Education - Southampton seeks a qualified SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs in a Fareham-based SEN school.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supporting students with SEN and be able to work effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
About the Role:- Individualised Education Plans: Develop and implement tailored education plans for students with SEN.
- Staff and Parent Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to each student's education and well-being.
- Experience: Essential prior experience in supporting students with SEN.
- Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with all members of the school community.
- Commitment: Demonstrate a deep commitment to helping students with SEN, showcasing patience and empathy.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or training in SEN education are desirable but not essential.
- Competitive Pay: Enjoy an hourly rate of £12.72 per hour.
