About the Role:

This experienced SEN teaching assistant position requires an individual who can create a supportive learning environment for children with special needs.

Working closely with experienced teaching staff, you will provide one-to-one or small group support to students, adapting materials and activities to meet individual requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support students with academic tasks, including reading, writing, and numeracy, fostering independence and self-esteem.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to monitor student progress and contribute to assessment processes.
  • Promote inclusion and diversity within the school community, respecting individuality.
  • Develop positive relationships with students, encouraging their engagement and motivation.
