Financial Administrator

Parke Lane People is a well-established, multi-sited business with offices in High Wycombe. We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our statistics team within the Accounts department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Verifying cash banking and credit card receipts from clients and reconciling them to sites.
- Ensuring all VAT invoices for commission are received and accurate from all operators on a monthly basis.
- Updating site prices/commissions, if necessary, based on the approved pricing structure.
- Checking reports and entering the correct number of vouchers to the site.
- Performing other finance administrative tasks as required.
Candidates should have previous office experience in an Accounts or Administration capacity, with good attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and excellent communication abilities. Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, are also essential.
We offer a salary up to £24,000 per annum, hybrid working arrangements, and a range of benefits including an enhanced pension scheme.
