About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Calibre Search. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing method statements, hazard risk assessments, and project management plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand tender allowances and monitor contract loss against agreed budgets.
  • Preparing and monitoring programmes of work.
  • Foster good relations and reputation with clients.
  • Manage design co-ordination.
  • Assessment and engagement of sub-contractors.
  • Manage contracts to ensure timely and profitable completion of contracts.
  • Supervise, mentor, and assist in the career development of junior staff.

Requirements:

  • Relevant civil engineering qualification (HND/HNC/BEng) or equivalent.
  • Temporary Works Coordinator qualification.
  • SMSTS qualification.
  • Appropriate CSCS card.
  • First Aid at work qualification desirable.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts and incorporated Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) membership an advantage.
