Maintenance Support Engineer - Team Leader

Our client, a leading aviation company, is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Support Engineer - Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis. As the MSE Team Leader, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of all assigned tasks, combining the roles of Technical Records, Fault Evaluator, Maintenance Support Engineer, and Maintenance Approval Engineer within IMS.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. IMS data management: Support data correction, documentation checks, and IMS test script development and execution.
  2. IMS Support and Training: Provide on-site IMS support, mentoring, and issue resolution.
  3. Ensure personnel are authorised, trained, and comply with safety regulations for maintenance activities.
  4. Collaborate with Maintenance Operations Centre, Production planning Cell Core Team, and RAF Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) teams.
Requirements:
  1. Experience as the primary point of contact (POC) for all MSE actions and issues arising from meetings, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) meetings.
  2. Previous experience in leading and developing staff, collaborating with team leaders, and engaging with other members of the management team.
Desirable Qualifications:
  1. Training in an Aircraft related discipline to City and Guilds 2675 Level 3 or equivalent i.e., Aero NVQ Level 3.
  2. Knowledge of MAA Regulatory frameworks.
