Maintenance Support Engineer Team Leader

As a key member of our team, you'll have a unique opportunity to excel in a role that combines technical expertise with leadership skills. The Maintenance Support Engineer Team Leader will be responsible for delivering high-quality results, ensuring the efficient and effective management of assigned tasks, and supporting the compilation of technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. IMS Data Management: Support data correction, documentation checks, and IMS test script development and execution.
  2. IMS Support and Training: Provide on-site IMS support, mentoring, and issue resolution.
  3. IMS Improvement: Maintain IMS expertise, address issues directly, and contribute to IMS report development.
  4. Ensure personnel are authorised, trained, and comply with safety regulations for maintenance activities.
  5. Collaborate with Maintenance Operations Centre, Production planning Cell Core Team, and RAF Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) teams.

Requirements:

  1. Experience as the primary point of contact (POC) for all MSE actions and issues arising from meetings, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) meetings.
  2. Proven ability to manage and coordinate a team within a similar sector, including pastoral care for employee well-being. Previous experience in leading and developing staff, collaborating with team leaders, and engaging with other members of the management team.
