We are looking for a professional, energetic individual with a natural leadership approach who can manage a team on a shift and support the deputy manager and manager.
As a frontline care leader, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of a responsive, innovative, and high-quality service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Rota management of a team effectively
- Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults
- Supervising and mentoring staff
- Conducting performance and probation reviews
- Writing and developing risk assessments
- Facilitating best interest reviews
- Overseeing and monitoring care and support plans
- Ensuring policies and procedures meet CQC requirements
- Completing records in relation to accidents and incidents
- Carrying out accident investigations
- Leading by example
- Ensuring medication administration and overseeing stock control
You will need to hold a Level 3 NVQ in health and social care or equivalent. The salary for this role is £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer further training and career progression opportunities. The working hours will involve shifts on a rota basis, including bank holidays and weekends.
