Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Client Account Executive Leader at Lawes Insurance Recruitment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients by providing day-to-day support and guidance to the leadership of individual teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the execution of operational activities within the team, ensuring compliance and reporting outputs are accurate and timely.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients by expanding your network and providing regular interaction to ensure their needs are met.
  • Acting as a dedicated advocate for clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service through close interaction and regular communication.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance services and add value to clients, developing a service plan and annual timetable of visits aligned with their needs.
  • Implementing expanded service opportunities, addressing risk management, and achieving insurance objectives for clients across your team.
  • Providing support through the buddy programme as required and recognizing subsequent training needs.
  • Producing timely and accurate renewal reports, coaching the team to produce the same.
  • Developing outstanding technical proficiency in associated risks and excellent market knowledge.
  • Previous experience in training, coaching, mentoring, or managing others to foster professional development.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of insurance risks and market knowledge. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will also have the ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and a strong work ethic.
