Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative services to the Project Team, including record-keeping, recruitment files, and timesheets.
  • Support the preparation of meetings, agendas, and correspondence.
  • Maintain official minute books, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate meetings, ensuring facilities are provided and notices are given in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Represent the Senior Management Team and the organization at various meetings and forums.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
