About the Role

The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the effective allocation of capacity to meet customer demand. This will involve close collaboration with Team Leaders to ensure the delivery of efficient planning, execution, and completion within the constraints of time and budget.

The Planning Manager will oversee, manage, and coordinate customer service operations in Scotland, and may be required to assume all roles within their line of responsibility as necessitated by resource availability, customer demand, or business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing and enforcing safe working practices within the team.
  • Communicating effectively and leading by example.
  • Monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and taking responsibility for implementing corrective actions.
  • Supporting and empowering the team to independently manage planning and customer service operations.
  • Defining working practices that champion both customer satisfaction and Aira's working principles.
  • Managing and coaching the team in the Aira Operating Model.
  • Responsibility for the hiring, development, performance management, and day-to-day management and administration of the team.
  • Preparing and analysing reports, providing regular updates to the Head of Region for Scotland.
