Job Title: Corporate Affairs Coordinator

About the Job:

RecruitMe is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our senior leadership team.

This varied role involves supporting business-wide projects, HR, and Finance, while maintaining quality health and safety standards.

Key Tasks:

  • Support the Managing Director, Finance Director, and other directors with their administrative needs.
  • Handle HR matters, including contracts of employment, sick leave, and other day-to-day tasks.
  • Manage diaries and schedules as required.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.
  • Contribute to Quality control audits.
  • Facilitate business-wide improvement projects.
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers in an accountancy capacity.
  • Promote and maintain quality health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • A highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Desirable experience in quality health and safety record-keeping.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary (approximately £50,000 - £60,000 per annum), company pension, sick pay, generous holiday allowance (25 days + bank holidays), onsite parking, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
