Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Managing complex email inboxes and responding to correspondence

  • Maintaining accurate records and files

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Degree-level qualification in a related field (e.g., business administration)
