Aerospace Software Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Software Development Manager to lead our technical teams delivering software projects in Agile, customer-facing environments.
Salary Package:
- Annual Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 depending on experience
- Annual Bonus: Based on profit share and personal performance
- Private Medical Insurance: Includes cover for existing conditions
- Holiday: Competitive annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell annual leave
- Chemring Share Save: Monthly savings into a 3 or 5 year plan
