Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team, responsible for managing a group of schools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in catering and operational management, with excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a 52-week role, working Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a group of schools, ensuring high-quality catering services and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and staff.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a team of catering staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
• Monitor and control costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
• Proven experience in catering and operational management, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to monitor and control costs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve business objectives.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
