Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage a group of schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering and operational management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our school catering services, ensuring that our high standards of quality, health and safety, and customer service are consistently met. They will also be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with our school clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of catering staff to deliver high-quality food and service to schools
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with school clients and stakeholders
