Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Healthcare Communications Expert to join our team at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to our digital excellence journey.

The successful candidate will provide subject specialist expertise to support the introduction of Electronic Patient Record (EPR) solutions, working across the East Midlands Acute Provider network of hospitals.

This role involves communicating not only the incredible human-interest stories that happen across the Trust but also in helping us to build and implement new EPR systems across the EMAP organisations. The purpose of the role is to use strong communication skills to engage and ultimately support the design, build, and integration of the EPR systems across the midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing subject specialist expertise to support the introduction of EPR solutions
  • Communicating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Assisting in the development of engaging content to promote EPR systems
  • Collaborating with the communications team to create effective communication strategies
