Healthcare Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Unit Manager to lead our care team and provide exceptional patient care at our care home in London. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for promoting independence, choice, and dignity among our residents while ensuring the highest standards of care.
About the Role
Estimated Salary: £48,500 - £57,000 per annum
You will work closely with your team to assess each resident's wellbeing, maintaining accurate records and providing personalized care plans. Your leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and local partners will be essential in raising the care home's profile and fostering a sense of community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct
- Passionate about caring for the elderly and maintaining their independence, choice, and dignity
