Job Overview

Insignia Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Project Manager to spearhead the launch and development of our new recruitment agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up the operational infrastructure, recruiting staff, defining processes, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agency Setup & Development:
    • Lead the launch and setup of the recruitment agency, including building the operational infrastructure, technology setup, and recruitment processes.
    • Define the agency's vision, mission, and strategic goals in alignment with the company's broader objectives.
    • Establish the brand identity, including market positioning, value proposition, and marketing strategies to attract both clients and candidates.
  • Team Building:
    • Hire, onboard, and mentor the initial team, including recruitment consultants, account managers, and support staff.
    • Develop training programs to ensure staff are well-equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills.
    • Create a positive, results-driven team culture that aligns with the agency's entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Client & Candidate Acquisition:
    • Develop strong relationships with key clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
    • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, and matching.
    • Implement best-in-class recruitment processes to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Use data analytics and technology (via Insignia's platform) to optimize recruitment processes and increase agency efficiency.
    • Establish and monitor KPI's to track performance and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging Insignia's technology and services.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and grow the agency's presence in key sectors.
    • Maintain a client-focused approach to ensure long-term partnerships and high levels of client satisfaction.
