Job Title: Agency Business Development ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Agency Business Development Manager to join our UK sales team. This is a key role in driving business growth and developing our sales strategy.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for short, medium, and long-term growth, identifying areas of opportunity across managed Agency Group portfolios.
- Manage a dedicated team of Sales Partners focused around specific Agency Groups.
- Provide critical market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales decisions.
- Drive operational excellence in revenue/pipeline management and reporting.
- Coach and onboard new sellers while empowering senior sellers to drive business outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on multi-touch sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in advertising sales, with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
- A comprehensive network of contacts across UK Agencies & Clients.
- Highly skilled in cross-functional partnership, organisational rigour, and strategy building to deliver healthy business metrics and growth.
What We Offer:
- A highly competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
