About the Role: We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as the Rochdale Council Wraparound Services Lead. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring sustainable, accessible, and high-quality childcare for children across Rochdale.

Your main objective will be to work closely with schools, families, and providers to bridge the gap between supply and demand for wraparound childcare, while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. You will be expected to assess and map current childcare provision, identify gaps, and develop strategies to meet the needs of local families.

We estimate that your annual salary will be around £35,000 - £50,000, based on your experience and qualifications. This figure is negotiable depending on individual circumstances and is subject to the company's standard pay scales.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in childcare programme management, service evaluation, and working with diverse stakeholders.
