Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner

UK Atomic Energy Authority is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Design and implement best-in-class recruitment processes to enhance candidate and employee experience.
  • Conduct job evaluations to ensure roles are clearly defined and fairly structured.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies to source hard-to-fill roles and bring in top talent.
  • Lead onboarding efforts to create a positive experience for new joiners.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, especially in hard-to-fill and specialist roles.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment processes, onboarding, job evaluation, and workforce planning.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • A passion for creating an inclusive, values-driven workplace.
