Job Title: Clearing Analyst

G. H. Financials Limited is a leading provider of clearing services for listed derivatives. We are seeking a highly skilled Clearing Analyst to join our team.

Job Summary

The Clearing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate clearing of trades, maintaining system static, and completing regulatory reporting obligations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of clearing processes and procedures, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear trades in a timely and orderly fashion, considering all regulatory and stakeholder needs.
  • Maintain system static, including client account openings/closures, contract set up, and fee/commission rates.
  • Complete all regulatory reporting obligations, including submissions to CFTC LTF, CME PCS/CGM, and ICE GCM.
  • Monitor all Give-in/Give-up activity and allocate trades where needed, correctly and timely.
  • Ensure timely communication of clearing issues to the Operations Management.
Requirements
  • Ability to adapt and learn new systems in a short time period.
  • Good presentation skills to present clearly, any ideas or improvements.
  • Ability to input and update static data accurately and efficiently daily.
  • Ability to input cash postings and adjustments accurately and efficiently daily.
  • Ability to create, modify, and submit regulatory reports accurately and efficiently daily.
  • Moderate to advanced Excel skills necessary.
  • Ability to manage and organize work independently.
  • Previous clearing experience required for this role. XTP knowledge would be beneficial.
Markets Cleared

The successful candidate will have experience clearing trades on the following markets: BM, BMF, CBOT, CME, COMEX, DME, ENX-Amsterdam-Equity, ENX-Paris, ENX-Paris-Equity, EUREX, HKFE, ICE-EU, ICE-US, IFLL, IFLO, IFLX, KLSE, MGE, NYMEX, OSE, SFE, SGX, TFX, TOCOM.

Systems Used

The successful candidate will have experience using the following systems: Seals, XTP, System Manager, GBDS, ICE PTMS, ICE FEC, ICE ECS, CME FEC+, CME EREP, LME Clear, CCW, Stellar, TT, CQG, various sFTP programs, full office suite.
