Clearing Operations Analyst

Michael Page (UK) is seeking a highly skilled Clearing Operations Analyst to join our team in London.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for clearing and settlement operations, trade capture, and reconciliation. You will work closely with middle office staff and management to ensure seamless trade execution and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and test reference data in FIS CD and GMI for clearing and processing of ICE products.
  • Capture and enter trades completely, timely, and accurately into the back-office bookkeeping system.
  • Perform top day and post trade date position reconciliation and daily point balance reports, including identifying and resolving trade breaks.
  • Prepare daily and monthly fee reconciliations.
  • Liaise with middle office staff to support resolution of trade issues and calibration of trade life cycle events.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
