Sessional Lecturer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sessional Lecturer to join our team at Hammersmith & Fulham Council. As a key member of our Adult Learning & Skills Service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver courses in various subjects, including Digital/IT, Sustainability/Green Skills, ESOL & Functional Skills English and Maths, Family Learning, Food Studies, and Visual and Performing Arts.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to cater to diverse student needs.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
- Contribute to the development of new courses and programs to meet the evolving needs of our students.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 teaching qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching or tutoring in a variety of subjects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality education and supporting student success.
